At Fixo, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all genuine hardware and accessories. If your device isn't performing as expected, we are committed to making it right through a quick replacement or full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Fixo account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Device

  Factory reset your device to remove personal data and pack it securely in its original packaging along with all included cables, manuals, and accessories.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
